During the fair we will present the Pyramid of safety levels, thanks to which you will choose a knife according to your preferred safety level. From knives that protect completely against injury to all-purpose knives. Among the many categories of safety knives, we show:

• automatic safety knives
• MDP safety knives – detectable for food plants.
