Description

HACCP compliant safety knife. Made entirely of special material detectable by metal detector and X-ray, equipped with stainless steel blades. A more robust version of the popular Fish knife. It belongs to the group of knives with a hidden blade, the design fully protects against injury. The slot increases the tension of the material, which makes the cutting more effective. You can safely cut with it from and to yourself. The handle is made of polycarbonate and is resistant to mechanical damage. The knife also has a special hook blade, which protects against injury (unsharpened outer edge). The blade also automatically retracts into the handle when the cut is finished. It can handle thick materials such as 3-ply cardboard. The blades used are interchangeable, you can use them twice, just swap the sides. A screwdriver is needed for replacement.

Application
The knife is used for cutting thick packaging film, especially on pallets, as well as clips, ropes, strings and plastic strips. Check it in the warehouse and production in the food industry, preferably when cutting banding strips and stretch film. You can cut with it:
– plastic strips
– adhesive tape on cartons
– packaging films
– mesh, string and rope up to 10 mm thick

Tips
Tighten the material to be cut for more efficient cutting.
