Safety knife EZR

Description

The EZR safety knife is a new model with a cutting slot and has a classic replaceable blade. Unlike most similar knives, the EZR has a metal cutting head. It is also equipped with a metal tab for cutting packaging tapes on cardboard boxes. This allows users to open boxes without using a blade. The EZR model has one 4 mm wide cutting slot. Hidden blade prevents hand / finger contact, eliminating serious injuries. The ergonomic handle allows the knife to be gripped in the lateral and horizontal plane, reducing hand fatigue during long work. The knife can be attached to a belt or clothing as it has a lanyard hole. In addition to the hole, we can use a clip. The knives are intentionally brightly colored to make them visible.

Application

The versatile EZR knife effortlessly cuts basic packaging materials. Due to the low risk of injury, functionality and reduction of losses related to the destruction of goods, it is very often used by retail chains. The only limitation of the EZR model is the slot, i.e. it cuts materials up to 4 mm. Thanks to the special end of the head, we can pierce the material and start cutting anywhere. With it we can cut:
– 3-layer cardboard
– foil for wrapping
– heat shrink film
– foil and paper bags
– rope
– foil and paper bags
– textiles
– underlay foam (for panels)

Technical tips
Cut the banding tapes at an angle of 45 °.
When cutting stretch film, make sure it is stretched out.
