Description

HACCP compliant safety knife. The Reakta SD MDP knife is a very robust model with a classic spring mechanism. Its housing is made of plastic detectable by metal detector and X-ray. The slide has been placed at the top of the handle, making it a universal model for right- and left-handed people. The hardened stainless steel blade used extends 27 mm. You can quickly change the blade with a special key for controlled exchange. In addition, the model has a locking device that will prevent the blade from sliding out when not in use. The blue colour is used for visual detection (the colour blue does not occur naturally in food).

The very sturdy construction of the knife can be used for intensive work in industry. The model is resistant to mechanical damage. Considerable, for a knife with trapezoidal blade, blade extension of 27 mm. allows for cutting thick materials. You can cut with it:

Tips
