Penguin 900 MDP

Description

HACCP compliant safety knife. Made entirely of special material detectable by metal detector and X-ray, fitted with a stainless steel blade. Penguin 900 MDP is a great, handy model with a concealed blade. It provides 100% safety when cutting in storage and production. The specially contoured design of the blades reduces friction against the material being cut, making it easier to cut through. Penguin 900 MDP has two cutting slots, which makes it easier to cut sacks. The specially shaped handle protects your fingers while working with the knife and provides a comfortable grip. The safety blade helps to cut the adhesive tape on the carton. In this model we do not have the possibility of replacing the blades. The knife housing can be supplied in several colour variations: blue, green, red, yellow.

Application
This knife works very well with basic packaging materials apart from cutting cardboard. Great for warehouse and production. You can cut with it:
– banding tapes
– adhesive tape on cartons
– sacks
– packaging film
– nets, strings and ropes up to 6 mm thick

Tips
Cut banding tapes at a 45° angle.
When cutting the stretch film, make sure it is taut.
