Mascaret MDP

Description

HACCP compliant safety knife. The entire construction of the knife is detectable by metal detectors, thanks to its execution in special plastic. Mascaret MDP is an automatic model with a double spring system and a lever located at the bottom of the handle. The blade is ready for use when the lever is pressed. When the cut is finished, it retracts automatically as it loses contact with the material being cut. The 20mm blade extension allows you to cut basic packaging materials. This is a lightweight knife with an ergonomic handle. Additionally equipped with a blade lock when the tool is not in use. There is a lanyard eyelet on the back of the handle. The stainless steel trapezoidal blade can be used on both sides and can be replaced without additional tools. HACCP-certified.

Application
Recommended everywhere, where safety and ergonomics are most important. The MDP knife group is aimed at the food industry. You can comfortably cut thick materials, the limitation is the blade extending 20 mm. You can cut with it:
