Description
HACCP compliant safety knife. It is made entirely of detectable plastic and with a stainless steel blade. It is a compact knife that fits well in the hand. The knife has a classic spring mechanism. This means that the user has to remember to let go of the slide while cutting so that the blade returns to the handle. The trapezoid blade is used twice and can be replaced without any additional tools. This knife can also be used by left-handed people. The handle is finished with an eyelet for a lanyard. GS certified.
Application
The model for light works, can be used in food production, every knife fragment is detected by a metal detector. You can cut with it:
– cartons up to 3 plies
– films
– banding tapes
– adhesive tapes
– sacks
Tips
For added safety, pull your thumb off the slider while cutting so that the spring mechanism can operate and retract the blade back into the handle when the cut is complete.
