Klever KS MDP

Description

The Klever KS MDP knife has a durable handle and guide and a stainless steel blade. Thanks to this, it is fully detectable by a metal detector. It is a durable, lightweight knife that is easy to disinfect and clean with water. It is equipped with a hidden blade placed in a special cutting slot. You will protect yourself from being injured when cutting packaging, and the goods inside will be intact. One 6 mm wide cutting slot can handle even thick 5-layer cardboard. The KS MDP model has a replaceable stainless steel blade. We can replace them quickly and safely. It has an NSF certificate for food contact areas. The knife also has an eyelet, you can make sure that it is always close and does not get lost during warehouse work.

Application

The Klever series are the most versatile knives with a hidden blade in terms of the variety of materials cut. The only limitation of the model is the slot, i.e. we use it to cut materials up to 6 mm. Suitable for use in food processing, pharmaceutical industry and many others. Thanks to the special end of the head, we can pierce the material and start cutting anywhere. Use the Klever KS MDP knife to cut:

– underlay foam (for panels)

Technical tips
Cut the banding tapes at an angle of 45 °.
When cutting stretch film, make sure it is stretched out.
