Klever Excel Plus MDP

Description

Detectable knife, compliant with the requirements of the HACCP system. The entire construction of the knife is detectable by metal detectors, thanks to its execution in special plastic. This model has one 6 mm wide cutting slit, which has been modified so that the material to be cut does not clog the slit. The hidden blade prevents contact with the hand/fingers, eliminating serious injuries. It can cut through 5 layers of cardboard. Cutting cardboard is what sets Klever knives apart from other models with a concealed blade. The Excel Plus MDP model has a plastic spear on the back of the knife. You can use this to cut through the adhesive tape on the cardboard, the blade will not be stuck and you can use it for longer. The knife also has an eyelet for a lanyard, so you can ensure that it is always close by and does not get lost during storage work. The ergonomic handle allows you to grip the knife laterally and horizontally reducing hand fatigue during prolonged cutting. Excel Plus MDP is the version without replaceable blades.

Applications
The Klever series are the most versatile concealed blade knives in terms of the variety of materials they can cut. They are very often used by retail chains due to their low risk of injury, functionality and reduction of losses due to damage to goods. The Excel Plus MDP is limited only by its gap, i.e. it can cut materials up to 6 mm. Thanks to the special end of the head, we can pierce the material and start cutting in any place. Technical advice
Cut the banding tapes at a 45° angle.
When cutting the stretch film, make sure it is taut.
