The Klever XChange XD is an EXTREMELY DURABLE safety knife with an improved cutting head. The durable cutting head is designed to be 50% STRONGER and cut 4X LONGER than similar knives. Patented Smooth-Kut™ technology increases cutting speed by preventing corrugated cardboard from clogging the blade. Reduce plastic waste in your operation by reusing the handle by replacing the cutting head.

The XChange XD model has one 6 mm wide cutting slot. We can cut 5-layer cardboard with them. The cutting of cardboard is an advantage that distinguishes Klever knives from other models with a hidden blade. Hidden blade prevents hand / finger contact, eliminating serious injuries. The ergonomic handle allows the knife to be gripped in the lateral and horizontal plane, reducing hand fatigue during long work. XChange XD model has a tab made of plastic, located on the back of the knife. You can pierce the sticky tape on the cardboard with it, the blade will not be glued and you will use it longer. XChange XD knife is a version with a replaceable blade. The knife also has a lanyard eyelet, it will always be close and will not get lost during warehouse work.
Application
The Klever series are the most versatile knives with a hidden blade in terms of the variety of materials cut. Due to the low risk of injury, functionality and reduction of losses related to the destruction of goods, it is very often used by retail chains. The only limitation of the XChange XD model is the gap, i.e. it cuts materials up to 6 mm. Thanks to the special end of the head, we can pierce the material and start cutting anywhere. With it we can cut:
– 5-layer cardboard
– wrapping foil
– heat shrink film
– foil and paper bags
– rope
– foil and paper bags
– underlay foam (for panels)
Technical tips
Cut the banding tapes at an angle of 45°.
When cutting stretch film, make sure it is stretched out.
