Description
The Food Safety Cutter is NSF certified and perfect for use in food service, manufacturing, food contact applications. It features a unique blade guard designed to keep the user safe. The guard will automatically close and cover the blade at the end of each cut, virtually eliminating injury. The knife has a slider on three sides for added comfort. The blade is made of stainless steel and is not replaceable, avoiding the blade being lost in the final product. The handle in the back has a plastic tab for piercing adhesive tape on cardboard boxes.

Perfect for unpacking goods in cafes, restaurants and other service establishments. You can cut with it:
