Fish 200 MDP

Description

HACCP compliant safety knife. The structure is detectable by metal detectors and the blade is made of stainless steel. The safety knife of the “fish” type, completely protects against injury during cutting. The knife is equipped with a special slot, thanks to which the material is easily cut along the entire surface of the blade. The slot increases the tension of the material, which results in more efficient cutting. At the back of the knife, there is a safety hook blade (slot width – 5 mm) with an unsharpened outer edge for cutting cardboard and adhesive tape. In addition, this blade is protected by a cap. Both blades used in Fish200 knife are replaceable and we use them twice. To replace them you need a screwdriver. You can safely make cuts with it from and to each other.

Application
You will use it in the warehouse and production, it works best for cutting bandage strips and stretch film. Dedicated to the food industry and anywhere we have metal detectors. You can cut with it:
– plastic tapes
– packing tape on cartons
– cartons
– packaging foils
– mesh, string and rope up to 5 mm thick

Tips
Cut banding tapes at a 45° angle.
When cutting the stretch film, make sure it is taut.
