Knife in accordance with the requirements of the HACCP system. Ergonomic model equipped with a lever in the handle. Simply squeeze the handle and the blade appears ready for cutting. The entire construction of the knife is detectable by metal detectors, thanks to its execution in special plastic. You can set the cutting depth to: 17, 23 and 30 mm. When you are not using the knife, use the lock on the handle, which locks the blade and protects you from accidental injury. As befits a model aimed at the food industry, the Chartron 2 model is equipped with a stainless steel blade. You can replace it without any additional tools. The knife is HACCP certified.
Application
You will use the Chartron 2 MDP knife wherever you need an ergonomic detection knife. You can comfortably cut thick materials, the limitation is the blade extending 30 mm. You can cut with it:
– cardboard boxes
– banding tapes
– rolled materials
– foil and paper sacks
– adhesive tapes
