Description

HACCP compliant safety knife. Made entirely of special material detectable by metal detector and X-ray, equipped with a stainless blade. This is a handy model with a concealed blade. Provides 100% safety when cutting in storage and production. The inclined knife handle in relation to the cutting angle reduces friction and results in more efficient cutting. The specially shaped handle protects the fingers while handling the knife and provides a comfortable grip. An additional plate on the back of the knife is designed for cutting adhesive tape on cardboard boxes. In this model we do not have the possibility of changing blades. We can attach it to a lanyard by means of an eyelet placed in the handle. The blue colour is used for visual detection (blue colour does not occur naturally in food).

Application
A knife designed for cutting paper and plastic bags, as well as sheets of paper and plastics, such as foil and foam. Great for warehouse and production. You can use it to cut:
– plastic tapes
– packing tape on cardboard boxes
– foam pads
– bags
– packaging foils
– mesh, string and rope up to 5 mm thick

Tips
Cut banding tapes at a 45° angle.
When cutting the stretch film, make sure it is taut.
