Auto-Retractable Squeeze Knife

Description

Safety knife with lever in handle and 1-stage spring mechanism. In appearance it resembles a traditional utility knife. Its handle is lightweight and very strong- this is due to the glass fibre reinforced nylon from which it is made. The knife is supplied with a durable ceramic blade No. 10526 with a rounded tip. The ceramic blade has a “finger friendly” grind which means it is even more finger safe when in use. It is suitable for left and right handed use and has a built-in eyelet for a lanyard. You will need a screwdriver to quickly replace the blade.

Application
The very robust construction of the knife can be used for intensive work in industry. The ceramic blades allow for cutting in potentially explosive atmospheres. It will cut materials up to a thickness of 23 mm. It is also recommended in areas with a high level of humidity. You can cut with it:

– banding tapes
– stretch and shrink films
– rolled materials – bags
– adhesive tapes
– foams
