The high hardness of the ceramic blade gives a clean cut line so material does not fray during use. The life of the blade, estimated to be 11 x longer than a steel blade, completes its benefits. It has a built-in eyelet for a lanyard. You can quickly replace the blade in it without any additional tools- you will like it.
