Metti MD knife is a HACCP compliant model. It is distinguished by the ability to set the length of the blade to 5 and 23 mm, as well as a complete blade lock. Made of durable metal and metal detector detectable plastic and X-ray. It has a stainless steel blade. Equipped with a classic spring mechanism. This means that the user must remember to let go of the slide during cutting so that the blade returns to the handle. The metal blade guide increases the life of the handle. The trapezoidal blade is used twice and can be replaced without any additional tools. This knife can also be used by left-handed people. The handle is finished with an eyelet for a lanyard. The blue colour is used for visual detection (blue colour does not occur naturally in food).

Tips
For added safety, pull your thumb off the slider when cutting so that the spring mechanism can operate and retract the blade back into the handle when the cut is complete.
