Knives and other MD products

We offer a wide range of MDP knives, otherwise known as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) safety knives, i.e. knives that comply with a special hygiene standard for food safety management, thus preventing various types of physical contamination. Their special construction is designed to make cleaning as easy as possible and to minimise the risk of any build-up of bacteria.
